  • Description: The Placer Rides program provides transportation to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low income families with children 0-5 who are unable to use conventional transportation services.Qualified volunteer drivers provide rides to: Non-emergency medical appointments Public assistance Quality of life type servicesService AreasServing all of Placer County from North Tahoe to Roseville, Sheridan & Foresthill.CostMy Rides is a donation based program. Volunteer DriversPlacer County residents can enlist a relative, neighbor, friend, or a pool of existing volunteer drivers to get them to non-emergency medical appointments, public assistance, and quality of life types of services.
